Reach Mahad or Pachad by ST bus

ST buses run from Mumbai (Parel/Dadar depots) and Pune (Swargate) to Mahad, roughly 3–4 hrs. From Mahad ST depot, a local bus or shared taxi covers the ~25 km to Pachad village at the base (~30 min). A direct night bus from Mumbai's Parel depot to Pachad also runs on some schedules.

Ascend by ropeway or on foot
